Our Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) program for ages 7-12 is crafted to introduce children to the art of BJJ in a dynamic and engaging manner.

Gi Class
In our Kids Gi Class, children delve into the traditional aspects of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu while donning the gi (uniform).
This class emphasizes technique, leverage, and strategy, equipping children with the skills to overcome opponents using finesse rather than brute force. Through mastering foundational movements and positions, children gradually build a solid understanding of BJJ principles while enjoying the camaraderie of training alongside their peers. No-Gi Class
Our Kids No-Gi Class offers an exhilarating approach to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, focusing on techniques that transcend the traditional gi uniform.

All Levels Class
The Kids All Levels Class is tailored to accommodate children of varying skill levels, providing a supportive environment for beginners and challenges for advanced practitioners.

Through a blend of technical instruction, drills, and live sparring, children continue to refine their BJJ skills. All while building friendships and a sense of community within the Evo BJJ family.
Competition Training
For children eager to take their BJJ skills to the competitive arena, our Competition Training class provides specialized coaching and preparation for tournaments.
In this class, children learn advanced techniques, strategies, and mental preparation techniques. In order to excel in competition settings. While participation in competitions is optional, this class instills valuable lessons in perseverance, sportsmanship, and goal-setting. Empowering children to strive for excellence in all aspects of their lives. With the guidance of experienced coaches and the support of their peers, children gain the confidence to face challenges head-on and reach their fullest potential.
